Activate Web Service

The Shareware Starter Kit provides integrated product purchasing and instant upgrade functionality. Built into the kit are two activation options. The first enables the user of you application to purchase an activation key, while the second allows the user to enter an existing activation key.

If the user has an existing product activation key for this product they can enter it directly into this form.

The Shareware Starter Kit will then use the product activation and licensing web service to validate the key entered by the user.

If the activation key is correct and licenses are available for activation the product will be seamlessly activated in the background.
